Who we are
Coins Co. Auctions runs timed online coin auctions. You can reach us at 815-713-8883, by email at coinsfromusmints@gmail.com, or by mail at PO Box 1243, Bloomington, IL 61702.
What we collect
- Your account: your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and password (stored in scrambled form).
- Your activity: the bids you place, the lots you win, your orders, invoices, and payments.
- Your payment card: card details are entered on a form provided by Stripe, our payment processor. They go directly to Stripe. This site does not receive or store your full card number. We keep a reference to your saved card so it can be used as described in the Auction Rules.
- Messages you send us: what you submit through the Contact and Consign forms.
- Technical information: basic details your browser sends (such as your IP address and the pages you visit) and cookies, described below.
How we use it
- To run auctions: let you register, bid, and win lots.
- To take payment and prepare invoices for lots you win.
- To contact you about your bids, wins, and payments, including by email and phone.
- To answer your messages and consignment inquiries.
- To keep the site secure and working.
Who handles your information
- Stripe processes card payments and stores your card details.
- SMTP2GO delivers the emails this site sends, such as bid, outbid, and invoice emails.
- Our web hosting provider stores the website and its database.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
This site uses cookies that are needed for it to work: to keep you signed in, to remember your session at checkout, and to protect forms against abuse. Stripe may also set cookies to help prevent payment fraud.
